Out of the ministry's keenness to involve its customers in developing and improving its website and services, we would like to inform you that we are developing the website in a way that enables you to obtain the best user experience. This is done by offering digital advice to obtain your valuable suggestions and opinions that enable the Ministry to make electronic decisions.

Consultation Objective:

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure announced its desire to take suggestions from its customers and website visitors in order to involve them in the design and development of the website, the services platform and the creation of new data in order to enhance users experience.

Consultation Decision:

Update the Ministry's website and highlight the services in a better way, based on user's opinions & suggestions that will be well studied by the Ministry in order to develop and enhance the website and services.
