- Adding the tracking feature in more than one way to facilitate the process of following up on the order status, so that the customer can know the status of his order on the services platform page through the (My Orders) box at the top of the page and the services subbar. He can also inquire about the order status without entering the services platform through the (Status) bar. Request) on the home page of the site.

- The design of the services platform was modified to fit the design of the Ministry's new website, with the addition of a search feature to facilitate access to information. By reviewing all the results by simply entering part of a sentence or just one word.

- Providing a special page for the user guide for the digital services platform on the Ministry's website, which enables the visitor to access the page by clicking on (to help with services) in the bottom footer of the site. The page can also be accessed via the icon (to help with services) on the services page.
