MoEI has developed a webpage for petrol stations sites and facilities across the country. The survey will measure customer satisfaction with the webpage and inform ways to improve it.  

The survey might include questions on the design, user-friendliness, and content of the webpage, as well as the quality of the services offered at the stations. It will also request participants to submit their suggestions or comments to improve the services at the stations.

The digital consultation aims to measure customer satisfaction of the petrol stations site directory webpage and check how beneficial it is to users.


Consultation Decision:

Based on the feedback to be received through the survey, MoEI will upgrade the webpage to better suit users' needs.

The consultation aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Petrol Stations Guide page, created by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure. The results gathered from this survey will serve as a guide for improving the page to make it more efficient and easier to access the required information, better meeting users' needs.
