It helps enhance the user experience by providing instant support, and interaction with it can be either through text or voice.
Objective of the Consultation:
- To get public feedback on the importance of having a virtual assistant on the Ministry's website and smart application.
- To identify the preferred method of interaction with the assistant (via voice or text).
Expected Decisions:
- Do not implement a virtual assistant, or
- Implement a virtual assistant with both voice and text, or
- Implement a virtual assistant with text only.
