Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a service, use the “word service” not “a services” “and services” etc…
If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

Click on “Register Now” link in Login page and it will redirect you to registration page where you should select first your Customer Type "Government or Business" and you need to fill all mandatory fields and click on submit, you will receive notification through the email to activate your account
Login to smart services platform. Click any of the service category and this will display all services under this category OR type keywords in search box to find the required service then click on “Start" button for the service to redirect you to service request form.
Login to smart services platform, open my profile menu, and click on “My application” page, then search with Reference number and click on Payment Card icon to process to payment.

Click on Register Now link in Login page and it will redirect you to registration page where you should select first your Customer Type "Individual" and you need to click on Sign up with UAE Pass icon OR Click on Sign-up with UAE Pass and fill the mandatory information in the page and click on submit to complete the process
When sign-in with UAE Pass for first time, a message will prompt asking you "Do you have any existing Account with MOEI?” , click "Yes" and then it will redirect you to Login page , add your previous Local Account "Username & Password" and click Login
In case you don't have a previous account, please click on "No", and you will be redirected to the registration page to fill in some basic data to complete the registration process.
Login to smart services platform, open my profile menu, and click on my application page, then search with your reference Number or the date of submission or service Name .Click on the pen icon in the selected application and this redirect to Edit Application page where you can edit application.
Login to smart services platform, open my profile menu, and click on my application page, then search with your reference Number or the date of submission or service Name OR you can click on the Status boxes on Dashboard page.
Login to smart services platform and the first page will appear to you is the E-Services Dashboard and you can access it across all pages by clicking on Dashboard Title
Login to smart services platform, open my profile menu, and click on “My Application” page, then search with Reference number.
You can find the status just above the reference number Or Click "Check Request Status" sticky icon on the side. Type reference number and click “Check button."
