Ministry Of Energy & Infrastructure Received 21 Prestigious International Awards During First Half Of 2022
The Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure received 21 prestigious regional and international awards during the first half of the current year 2022, continuing its distinguished path and ambitious achievements, as well as supporting the UAE global leadership and its Next 50 targets to achieve UAE Centennial 2071, reflecting the ministry's development.
In details, Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure received 13 awards from "Stevie International" Award, which is considered the highest international award in the field of creativity and institutional excellence, including the Innovation Award in Human Resources Management, Planning and Government practice; the Innovation Award in Energy and sustainability; and Innovation in Technology Management, Planning and implementation; in addition to Best Innovative Achievement in Evolution and Growth Award and Best Innovative Achievement in Science or Technology Award; 3 Awards for most effective response during Covid-19; the Innovation Award in Public Affairs Communication; and Excellence in Innovation for organizations with 100 or more employees; Excellence in the technological industries innovation for organizations with 100 or more employees; an Innovation Award in Customer Service Management, Planning and Best Practices; and an Innovation Award in Human Resources Management, Planning and Best Practice.
The awards, received by Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, also include two awards from the Global Business Award "International Business", which is one of the world's highest awards, namely Best Practice in Climate Change and Best Financial Team. In addition, the Ministry received the "Best Marine Sustainability & Innovation Regulatory Initiative" award at the Cheptek International Awards; The Middle East Energy Prize 2022 for the best sustainable energy strategy of the year; and two Harvard Business Council World Awards, namely the Diamond Green Award and the Golden Innovation Award.
In continuance to its ambitious achievements, the Ministry received two awards for carbon reduction and climate action, namely TAGS | Decarbonization and Climate Action Awards (DACA Awards), on the sidelines of the Arab Green Summit. These two awards are given to the champion of carbon reduction in future energy and the leader of sustainability in transportation.
