They are living their best era under the good leadership, as they play a prominent role in the scientific, civil and cultural achievements, as well as in supporting the UAE's aspirations for global leadership", His Excellency Suhail Mohamed AlMazrouei, Minister of Energy & infrastructure, said.

H.E. delivered these statements during the Emirati Women's Day celebration, on the 28th of August every year, held by the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, in the presence of His Excellency Engineer Hassan Mohamed Gomaa Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of Infrastructure And Transport Affairs, and Their Excellencies Assistant Undersecretaries and a number of department directors and Ministry female employees.

H.E. Minister of Energy & infrastructure, also thanked Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, President of the General Women's Union, the Supreme Head of Family Development Foundation, and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood “Mother of the Nation” for her efforts, which have had the greatest impact in empowering UAE women, becoming an example to follow. H.E. also thanked the Ministry's female employees, praising their efforts and distinguished role in reflecting a bright image of the UAE in general and the Ministry in particular, as they are the best example of the productive woman who works with dedication and devotion."

In addition, Her Excellency Engineer Nadia Musallam Al Naqbi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector, delivered a speech in which she thanked the good leadership for its support and care for the working women in the state, which contributed to achieving gender balance. She also commended the efforts of the Ministry's female employees who contributed to achieving national aspirations; the key influential role they play in spreading positivity and happiness in the work, home and family environment; and their efforts to raise a generation on which the UAE is betting to achieve global leadership, and a brighter and more prosperous future.

The celebration, held in the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure Office in Dubai, witnessed a series of events, activities, discussion sessions, heritage activities and events; as well as watching documentary showing the distinguished role played by the Emirati women (female employees of the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure) in the movement of renaissance and development that the UAE has achieved in all fields.
