The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has launched its website in a new look and with various services. This new website is characterized by comprehensiveness and diversity by enhancing it with the latest means of modern technology, modern and simple designs that allow easy navigation and access to information, and that in the Ministry's keenness to provide the best for the community members, in a way that meets the aspirations of customers in completing their transactions in a high quality and in a record time in obtaining data easily.
His Excellency Eng. Nadia Al Naqbi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, confirmed that the launch of the new website came in line with the plan to merge the Ministries of Infrastructure and Energy, and the annexation of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program and the Federal Land and Maritime Transport Authority to the new Ministry, in a manner that supports the needs and aspirations of the community groups, and as the incarnation of its strategic objectives and its constant eagerness to achieve effective communication with its audience. She added that the site is fitting the requirements of the smart government, and highlights the institutional identity of the Ministry of Energy and infrastructure that is in line with government trends in UAE, and aims to raise the quality of services provided; and designing the website in a modern and comprehensive manner that focuses on activating the electronic participation in light of the rapid technological developments.
She indicated that the launch of the new website also falls within the framework of the continuous development pursued by the Ministry to keep pace with the changes, and in its keenness to update its website to keep pace with the Ministry's vision, new responsibilities, and its future trends that are consistent with the UAE’s plan to prepare for the next fifty years, in order to achieve the UAE Centennial 2071, and its global leadership As well as its drive to enhance the digital transformation process. H.E Al Naqbi also indicated that the new site provides the customers with all the necessary information about the Ministry, its tasks and goals, plans and strategies, regulations and agreements, and includes all the services, the media center, in addition to surveys for complaints, suggestions and other information that support the process of data flow.
