Energy and Infrastructure inspects its service centers through a series of visits to make its customers happy

A number of officials of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure carried out a series of field visits to its customer happiness centers distributed in various regions of the country, in order to complement the efforts of the Ministry in translating the directives of the wise leadership aimed at focusing on the needs of customers and meeting their requirements and enabling them to achieve a distinguished service experience as a main axis for government development. The field visits were attended by His Excellency Eng. Sherif Al Olama, Undersecretary for Energy and Petroleum Affairs, Her Excellency Eng. Nadia Musallam Al Naqbi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector, His Excellency Sheikh Nasser Majid Al Qasimi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Infrastructure and Transport Regulatory Sector, and His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Al Mansouri, Director of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program Where they were briefed on the development efforts in the customer happiness centers and the quality of the services provided, and listened to the needs of the employees that contribute to improving their performance and raising their efficiency in the technical and digital field. And accomplish it in the least time, cost and effort.
