This service allows beneficiaries, through the consultant, to submit a request to change the contract value based on a modification in the project specifications or scope of work, or an agreement between the contracting parties, in accordance with the procedures approved by the Ministry

  2. In case the site is not delivered, a letter from the consultant must be brought stating that the site has not been deliver
  3. No payments have been disbursed to the contractor to date.
