Required documents

• Ship’s statutory certificates issued by one of the IACS members if the tonnage is 150 and above or survey report issued by an approved survey company if the tonnage is below 150

• Ship’s insurance as applicable

• Copy of registry certificate

• Copy of company trade license

• Copy of chamber of commerce membership

• A vessel employment contract with a governmental or semi-governmental entity or a company with marine activity inside the country (for foreign ships only)

• Submission of GCC certificates for passenger ships above 12 m in length but less than 24 m, and the other ships of 12 m and more but less than 500 GT

• Radio station license issued from TRA (for national ships only)
