Required Documents

The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
  1. A letter from the company

  2. A report from the Vital Facilities and Coasts Protection Authority / the Police in the event of a replacement (lost)

  3. If lost outside UAE the required document to be submitted

  4. Provide the damaged certificate in case of replacement (damaged)
