This service allows the issuance of a replacement for a lost / damaged of the Continuous Synopsis Record for a national commercial vessel.
Required Documents
The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.

Police report – in case lost outside UAE the required documents to be submitted
