Required documents

• Submit a personal identification document (Emirates ID + passport + residence).

• The total monthly income is not less than 20 thousand dirhams according to a salary certificate issued by a competent governmental authority or an approved work contract or owner / partner in a commercial license, and its capital should not be less than 150 thousand dirhams, or any document to prove income accepted by the Authority.

• Presenting a parking certificate for the boat at one of the designated marinas in the country, or a home overlooking the sea, or a resident of the islands, or a certificate of registration of a trailer licensed by the Ministry of Interior, or a statement indicating the availability of parking.

• Submit a copy of an insurance policy valid for 13 months issued by an insurance company licensed in the UAE in the field of marine insurance.

• Submit an inspection report or a technical report for the pleasure boat issued by the authority or whomever it authorizes.

• Submit the radio station license for any boat of more than 35 feet in length from Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
