Required Documents

  1. A copy of the commercial license of the company to which the ownership of the ship is transferred

  2. A copy of the membership of the Chamber of Commerce

  3. Approval of the signature of the new company owner

  4. The original bill of sale duly attested if it was concluded outside the Maritime Administration

  5. Passport copy of the owner / owners and their IDs

  6. A clearance certificate if it is mortgaged

  7. Approval of the transfer of ownership under the court ruling

  8. Selling in public auction
